Control panel for a 500 kW natural gas generator

A generator control panel designed in 3D down to the last terminal, sized to fit a compact enclosure and delivered with full wiring documentation.
Mechanical and controls

Cooling water skids for a natural gas power plant

Main and auxiliary closed-loop cooling skids for 2,000 kW Siemens natural gas generators. We did the calculations, the 3D design and the drawings, and the skids are running at the plant.
Controls

Heater control panel repair and a new generator controller

We repaired the Allen-Bradley PLC in an SCR heater control panel, and fitted and programmed a new Basler controller on the old generator that powers it.
ECM repair

Changing Perkins engine controllers from generator to pump

Perkins engines built for generators needed to run industrial water pumps. We changed the application in the existing engine controllers instead of buying new ones.
Mechanical design

Continuous coating drum for biocarbon pellets

A 15-foot rotating drum that coats biocarbon pellets as they pass through, designed in 3D and checked with finite element analysis before any steel was ordered.
Repair and fabrication

Repowering a stump grinder with a larger Deutz engine

The engine on a Vermeer stump grinder failed. We fitted a larger Deutz 914 on mounts and adapters we designed and made in the shop.
